The residents of this apartment hired us to clean their carpets after being written up for overall cleanliness. This was a cleaning that was negotiated down by the customer to save money and is a no frills cleaning. They did not wish to pay for spot treatments, and only wanted a general basic cleaning, against our advise for a more intensive one. But the customer is always right so we did what we could with pre-spray and extraction only.
