The steps to properly clean fine wool/Silk hand knotted rug include:
1. Inspect the Oriental rug upon receiving.
2. Notifying customer that we received the rug.
3. Send a picture of the Oriental rug before cleaning.
4. We Never Vacuum, Dust, or Beating the Rug before the cleaning (the dust baster design to remove the dust from a floor mat of Home Depot Not Oriental rug).
5. The rug place on the Vacuum floor, and fled by the Odor Free “Dead Sea Minerals”, and Vacuumed Through the Fiber, from Under the Rug.
6. The process repeat itself Many Many Times.
7. The tube shows Us in real time, what’s coming from the Oriental rug.
8. When the tube is clear, the rug is Clean.
9. Vacuum the Oriental rug by hand (centrifuge machine design to squeeze the water out of Floor mat and Commercial Carpet) not Silk Oriental rug.
10.Brushing the wool/Silk Oriental rug by hand is must, this will bring the shine back to the nap.
11. The Oriental rug will dry flat on the floor for the next 12 hours.
12. After 12 hours the hand knotted rug will be hung, The Blower will shake all the dust out of the rug genteelly.
13. Every step will be documented with pictures that will text to the customer.
14. The rug is ready to go home.
