T ded too good to be true.
Meir Martin responded to my inquiry with a text and then a phone call to explain the process and guarantee there would be no urine smell by the time he finished cleaning them.
I followed the website video instructions on how to package and ship (free shipping both ways) the rugs.
“Marty” kept me informed through out the process and, in spite of Hurricane Irma headed his way, managed to get my rugs cleaned and returned to me within a week.
Wonder of wonders — no more pet pee pee smell!
The carpets look beautiful and I can once again dare to use them in my living areas.
