Apartment 714-2, cleaned on 4-1-2014 prior to new tenant arriving next a.m. Carpet had light stains and overall was pretty clean, but needed a good wash, which it got. Carpet is fairly worn out in spots and is subject to darkening quickly in traffic areas, but if the new tenant keeps it vacuumed well, it will be pretty nice to live on.
