After complete inspection and prior securing and maintenance the rug gets fully dusted. The next step is to thoroughly wet the oriental carpet and color stabilize it so the colors wouldn’t run. We then completely shampoo it and wash the face and back with hand. The rug gets rinsed after the shampooing. We take the extra steps of sanitizing and deodorizing the oriental carpet. The rug gets further rinsed and then the water gets fully extracted from it. After the water extraction we lay the rug outside and restore the nap. After it is fully dried naturally we do detailing on the fringes as necessary. The final inspection is done at the end of each cleaning process before the rug is ready for use.
This is a very long and time consuming process, but we treat each rug as if it’s one of our own and we clean each rug as if we are cleaning it for our own house.
